Dit heerlijke bord vond ik op internet

en het leek me heerlijk voor ontbijt of tussendoor.

En het ziet er niet alleen mooi uit,

 maar is ook nog gezond.

Wat heb je nodig?

Een bord

2 kiwi's

1 banaan 

en een manderijn

een mesje

Kijk goed naar het plaatje,

schill all het fruit en

kijk goed  hoe je alles moet snijden.

Eet smakelijk!

Vandaag is het knutselidee voor vaders die van koffie houden.

Zo'n plastic baker is veel te heet om zo vast te houden,

dus waarom maak je niet zo'n leuke "cosy" zodat je vader

zijn handen niet brandt. Een lapje en wat borduurgaren

en je kan aan het werk.
